Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 207/2024, arising out of Katkamsandi P.S. Case No. 401/2023, Corresponding to G. R. Case No. 2507/2023, for the offence registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Hazaribagh. 3. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 7774/2024 by order dated 10.12.2024. 4. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased Chhabeli Kumari, who died within two years of her marriage due to asphyxia because of hanging. 5. It was submitted that apart from ligature mark, there was no any ante mortem injury on the person of deceased. It was further submitted that petitioner has remained in custody for about two years. It was also submitted that out of 11 charge-sheeted witnesses, only one witness has been examined. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Hazaribagh in connection with S.T. Case No. 207/2024, arising out of Katkamsandi P.S. Case No. 401/2023, Corresponding to G. R. Case No. 2507/2023. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Rahul/-
