Perusal of the aforesaid Status Reports, show that continuous action for removal of temporary encroachment is being taken by the MCD. 5. The MCD is enjoined upon to take regular action for removal of any encroachment, in case the encroachments are found to have resurfaced. 6. Noting the aforesaid and with the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition, is disposed of, along with the pending application.
