Page No.# 3/3 The respondent Nos. 4 & 5 has filed an affidavit bringing on record the payment receipt of the remaining amount due to the petitioner for the work executed by him as directed by this Court on 11.12.2023 in W.P.(C) 90/2023. In the said affidavit, the payment receipt dated 23.08.2025 has been annexed as Annexure-F and the cheque for an amount of Rs.65,29,800/-(Rupees sixty five lakhs twenty one lakhs eight hundred) has been annexed as Annexure-F1. The learned counsel for the respondents therefore submits that the direction of this Court has been complied fully and therefore the matter may be closed. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also ad- mitted that the pending amount due to the petitioner has al- ready been received by him therefore he has no objection if the matter is disposed of.
