1. Heard Mr. K. M. Hassan, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. It appears that the petitioner was granted interim bail by this Court by its order dated 21.05.2025 and thereafter the charge-sheet has already been laid.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the
Page No.# 2/2 petitioner after getting interim bail has co-operated with the Investigating Officer and he is yet to receive summons from the Trial Court. He submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to co-operate in the trial.
4. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has opposed the making of interim bail absolute on the ground that there are incriminating material against the petitioner and the victim has categorically implicated him in the offence alleged against him.
5. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides.
6. Though, there are incriminating materials against the petitioner in the record, however, there is nothing to indicate that after grant of interim bail to him, he had abused his liberty in any manner.
7. Considering the aforesaid aspect, the interim bail granted to the petitioner by this Court by its order dated 21.05.2025 is hereby made absolute with following conditions:- (i) That the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person who may be acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade such person from disclosing such
facts of the case before the Court; (ii) That the petitioner shall co-operate in the trial;
