THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE BATTU DEVANAND AND THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. HARI HARANADHA SARMA FAMILY COURT APPEAL Nos.154 and 186 of 2008 COMMON JUDGMENT:(Per Hon’ble Sri Justice Battu Devanand) Sri.V.Raghu, learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions from his client, submits that during the pendency of these appeals, the parties settled the issue amicably out of the Court and they are now living separately. 2. Sri.M.K.Raj Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant also submits that he has no information from his client for long time and that these appeals may be closed by recording the statement of the learned counsel for the respondent. 3. Considering the submissions of both the counsels, and in view of the fact that the issue appears to have been settled out of the Court and they are living separately, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required in these appeals. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Appeals are dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. __________________________ JUSTICE BATTU DEVANAND __________________________________ JUSTICE A.HARI HARANADHA SARMA Dated: 17.09.2025 PKR THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE BATTU DEVANAND & THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.
