Heard Mr.S.Muthukrishnan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents. 3. The petitioner is claiming right and title over the subject property through a sale deed dated 19.01.2009 which was registered as document No.38 of 2009. The petitioner wanted patta to be transferred in his name and hence, he submitted representations. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4. There shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit an OnLine application to the second respondent seeking for patta along with all the relevant documents and particulars.
