This I.A has been filed by the petitioner in connection with W.P.(C) 269/2023 praying for allowing the petitioner to amend the prayer portion of the writ petition as well as also to insert a new paragraph i.e paragraph 9A challenging the admin- istrative order dated 13.11.2023 for appointment of the respon- dent No.5 as Multi Task Worker. The learned counsel for the State respondents as well as the private respondent does not opposes the prayer. Hence, the prayer is allowed. The petitioner shall file the amended writ petition within a week’s time with copies of the same furnished to the re- spondent counsels.
