Case No. 01 of 2023 (N) corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 23 of 2023 (S) for the offences registered under sections 20(b) (ii) (c) of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of learned A.J.C-XI, Ranchi. 3. On 07.02.2023, Railway Police, Bokaro apprehended the co-accused persons namely Mantosh Saw and Shatrughan Kumar Paswan from Platform No. 1 of Bokaro Railway Station. On search, 21.400 kg. of cannabis was recovered from their joint possession. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner was neither apprehended at the spot, nor anything was recovered from his possession. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C-XI, Ranchi in connection with Rail Thana (Bokaro) P.S.
