The matter is listed for orders on PUD dated 07.05.2025 received from the Principal Sessions Judge, Kanker, District- North Bastar Kanker (C.G.) requesting for extension of further time for disposal of the case. 2. Earlier vide order dated 03.07.2024 passed in MCRC No. 4299/2024, this Court had directed the trial Court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In pursuance of the said order, vide letter dated 14.10.2024, the trial Court requested for extension of time for disposal of the case. This Court after due consideration, vide order dated 04.11.2024 passed in CRMP No. 2914/2024 granted three months further time for disposal of the case. Again vide letter dated 24.01.2025, the trial Court requested for extension of time for disposal of the case. The Court vide order dated 07.03.2025 passed in CRMP No. 851/2025 granted two months further time for disposal of the case. 3. By the PUD under consideration, the trial Court has again prayed for further time for deciding the case. 4. As the request made by the concerned Court appears to be genuine and, therefore, two months further time, as prayed, is granted from the next date of hearing of the case to ensure disposal of the case. 5. The concerned Judge is directed to make all endeavour for disposal of the case within time.
