The grievance of the petitioner is that an application filed by her seeking correction in the statement recorded in the Court during the proceedings 1 ) which were pending before the Court below required modification and correction. It is stated that the application was refused to be entertained by the Presiding Officer concerned. It appears from the record that the application was not entertained on account of certain objections raised by the Presiding Officer of the Court. 2 HCJ & RC, J WP 17988 2025 It appears that the petitioner had sent the application to the Officer directly and it was not filed in the open Court. It also appears that an advance copy had not been furnished to the party opposite. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the application was filed in the open Court which was not entertained by the Presiding Officer for the reasons best known to the said Officer. Be that as it may, we dispose of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court concerned by following due process and procedure.
