It is submitted by the learned Additional Advocate General that in the appeal preferred by the State respondents, i.e., Writ Appeal No. 260/2025, the Appellate Court has stayed the operation of the order passed in the writ petition by this Court, in respect of which this contempt petition was filed. 3. It is submitted at the bar that in view of the stay granted by the Appellate Court, this contempt case is liable to be closed. 4. Accordingly, this contempt case is closed.
