Learned Standing Counsel for the Respondents would submit that there is no dispute with regard to amounts due to the Petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel handed over the amount due to the Petitioner by way of cheque in the Court. In that view, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition. 3. The Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
