2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.29304 of 2024, dated 27.11.2024, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
