Page No.# 3/4 Charged employee since 21.02.1996, under the establishment of Sub- Divisional Officer, PWD, Peren. However, since March, 2022, she was not paid her monthly salary. As such, she filed this writ petition on 24.08.2022 claiming for her arrear salary since March, 2022, and also to grant her minimum scale of pay as per her entitlement. 3. The Government of Nagaland, Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department (Administrative Reforms Branch), Nagaland, Kohima vide Office Memorandum No. AR-3/GEN-67/2001 dated 05.03.2025, on being approved by the Cabinet specified that all Work Charged and Casual Employees in all the Departments of the State of Nagaland whose names have been duly verified by the District Level Verification Committee and registered in PIMS, receiving fixed pay shall be granted scale of pay as per the Revision of Pay, 2015 w.e.f. 01.04.2025. 4. Ms. Kekhriesenuo, learned counsel for the petitioner on instruction submitted that the petitioner in the meanwhile received her arrear salary with effect from March, 2022, as claimed in this writ petition. 5. The prayer of the petitioner for her minimum scale of pay has also been taken care of by the above Office Memorandum dated 05.03.2025, of the State Government. 6.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that, in the event the petitioner has been duly verified by the District Level Verification Committee and she is registered in PIMS, receiving fixed pay, she shall be granted the scale pay as per her
Page No.# 4/4 entitlement w.e.f. 01.04.2025. 7. However, the case of the petitioner for her scale pay shall be considered in terms of the Office Memorandum No. AR-3/GEN-67/2001 dated 05.03.2025, and the notification No. AR/LEGAL-5/8/2024 dated 05.03.2025 both issued by the Government of Nagaland, in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department (Administrative Reforms Branch), Nagaland, Kohima. 8.
