State Of Rajasthan, Through Tehsildar Sarwaad, District Ajmer. ----Respondents For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Amitabh Jatav For Respondent(s) : JUSTICE ANOOP KUMAR DHAND Order 29/08/2025 1. A limited prayer has been made for issuing directions to the Board of Revenue (for short, ‘the Board’) to decide the pending revision petition expeditiously within a time frame. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the revision petition submitted by the petitioner is pending before the Board since last more than nine years and in-spite of passing of considerable time, till date, the same has not been decided, hence, appropriate directions be issued to the Board to decide the pending revision petition expeditiously. 3. Considering the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner and looking to the fact that the petition is pending (2 of 2) [CW-10809/2025] before the Board since last more than nine years, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of the instant writ petition by issuing directions to the Board to decide the revision petition (pending, if any) expeditiously as early as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, after affording due opportunity of hearing to all the respective parties. 4. With the aforesaid observations/directions, the instant writ petition stands disposed of. The stay application and all pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
