JUSTICE A.GUNESHWAR SHARMA 28.11.2025 M.C (WP(C)) No.680 and 681 of 2024 are applications for condonation of delay in bringing on record the legal heir of the petitioner who expired on 8.8.2024. It is submitted that there is delay of 1464 days in moving the application for bringing on record the LRs as the petitioner had expired during Covid-19 period and Manipur Violence. However, it is submitted that the delay so caused in bringing on record the LRs is not deliberate and beyond control of the applicant and delay be condoned and legal heirs may be brought on record. Mr.S.Niranjan, learned Government Advocate submits that this Court may pass appropriate order. This Court has perused the materials on record and found sufficient cause for delay and the delay so caused in bring the LRs on record is condoned.
