JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH ORDER 09.03.2026 The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the instant writ petition, the petitioner herein has been nominated as the Chairperson of the JAS Committee of Kaligang MPHC as per the JAS guideline and in that regard the petitioner has placed before this Court a communication dated 06.02.2026 issued by the Joint Director of Health Services-cum-Member Secretary, District Health Society, Sribhumi to the Medical & Health Officer-I-cum-Incharge, Kaliganj, MPHC. The said document is kept on record and marked with the letter ‘X’. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, submitted that in view of the said development, the petitioner would not like to further pursue the instant writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. 3.
