SUNDAR (ORDER) 21.05.2026 When the matter was taken up, Mr. Ajoy Pebam, learned counsel on record for revision petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned CRP(Civil Revision Petition) and the captioned MC(Miscellaneous Case) therein saying that certain inadvertent errors have crept in and it has become necessary to file the CRP afresh after making course correction.
