A perusal of the Minutes of Proceedings of the trial court would reveal that the case out of which the present bail application arises is at the stage of final arguments. Having regard to the stage of the main case, it would be appropriate for the petitioner to request the trial court to decide the case finally instead of pressing this bail application. 02. In view of the above, the bail application is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial court to expedite the decision of the main challan.
