ORDER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:-
“to issue a writ, order or direction more particuiarly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the inaction on the part of Respondents particularly Respondent No.s 4 to 7 on petitioner’s F-Line Application vide Application No.FSNV012500747689 and representation dated 28.05.2025 submitted for conducting survey and fixation of boundaries for their agricultural landed property admeasuring Ac.7.71 Cents comprising Ac.0.86 Cents Ac.2.47 Cents Ac.3.27 Cents Ac. 1.11 Cents respectively covered by Sy. No.s 78, 82, 79, 362/2 of Periavaram Village, Appaiahrajupeta Post, Pullampeta Mandal, Annamayya (Erstwhile Kadapa) District as amounts to non-discharge of legal obligation conferred on them under the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act 1923 and Board Standing Crder 34-A and 34-B of Andhra Pradesh Board of Revenue Standing Crders and offends Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent No.s 4 to 7 to conduct survey and fix boundaries for the aforesaid landed property and pass such other
order.” Though the petitioners made several allegations against the respondents, during hearing,
learned counsel for the petitioners requested this Court, to issue a direction to the respondents to dispose of the Mine application dated 28.05.2025 filed by the petitioners.

4. In view of the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, this Court need not decide the truth or otherwise of the allegations made in the petition. This Court is conscious that no such direction be issued,
judgment of the Apex Court in in view of the The Government of India v. P.Venkatesh^”, wherein the Apex Court held that such orders it may make for a quick or easy disposal of cases in overburdened adjudicatory institutions. But, they do not serve to the cause of justice. As the learned counsel for the petitioners himself requested to issue a direction to dispose of f-line application dated 28.05.2025, this Court finds no other alternative except to issue such direction.
5. In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the f-line application dated 28.05.2025 filed by the petitioners, in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) months from the date of
order. There shall be no order as to costs. receipt of copy of this As a sequel miscellaneous applications, pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
