The applicant has preferred this Second bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. for grant of regular bail as he is in custody in connection with crime No. 183/2022 registered in Police Station Tamnar, District Raigarh, CG for offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of IPC. The first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 11.01.2023 passed in MCRC No. 9611 of 2022. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to 2 withdraw the bail application with a prayer that looking to the detention period, the trial Court may be directed to conclude the trial expeditiously. 4. Not opposed by the respondent. 5. The applicant is in jail since 26.05.2022, therefore, looking to his detention period, it is expected that the trial Court would make all possible endeavours to conclude the trial expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight months from today. 6.
