JUSTICE AVNEESH JHINGAN HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE BHUWAN GOYAL Order 22/07/2025 1. This petition in the nature of Habeas Corpus was filed by the father for production of her daughter-detenue. 2. The detenue is produced in Court as identified by her father who is identified by his counsel and concerned Police officials who are also present in Court. 4. We have interacted with the detenue and she has desired to go with her father. The father of the detenue is also ready to take the detenue along with him. 5. It is not disputed by both the parties that the detenue has attained majority. The custody of the detenue is handed over henceforth to the petitioner-father. 6.
