JUSTICE YARENJUNGLA LONGKUMER ORDER Date : 07-08-2025 By filing this I.A under Order 1 Rule 10(2) of the Code of Civil Procedure, the applicants has prayed for striking out the name of the petitioner No.38, 40, 42, 43, 44 from the list of the petitioner in W.P.(C) 172/2024. The learned counsel for the applicants Mr. Supongwati submits that W.P.(C) 172/2024 is pending disposal before this Court in which the petitioners are seeking regularization of their services as per the Page No.# 2/2 O.M. dated 17.03.2015. However, it has come to light that the petitioners are fixed pay employees and therefore, cannot avail the regularization of services as per O.M dated 17.03.2015. Accordingly, the applicants have prayed for deleting of their names from the list of the petitioner in W.P.(C) 172/2024. As far as the petitioner No.40 is concerned, it is stated that the petitioner Shri Chingkon Konyak has filed another writ petition being W.P.(C) 276/2023 which is still pending before this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Chingmei Konyak in the connected petition W.P.(C) 155/2022 is present. Ms. S. Chang, learned Government Advocate is present and has no objection. Accordingly, I.A is allowed and it is directed that the names of the petitioners No.38, 40, 42, 43 and 44 may be deleted from the list of the petitioners in W.P.(C) 172/2024. I.A stands disposed of.
