The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Patratu P.S. Case No. 123 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 310(2) & 61(2)(a) of the B.N.S., pending in the court of Sri Alok Singh, learned J.M.F.C., Ramgarh. 3. On 17.05.2025, dacoity was committed in 10 Acres Yard of BHEL India Company in village Sahitand. Unknown dacoits looted scrap iron materials from there. 4. It was submitted that though petitioner is named in the F.I.R but his name has surfaced on the basis of information given by police informer. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. It was finally submitted that co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court as well as Coordinate Bench of this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Alok Singh, learned J.M.F.C., Ramgarh or his successor in connection with Patratu P.S.
