Case No.31/2025, registered for the offence under Sections 274, 275, 292 of the BNS, 2023 and Section 47(a) of Excise Act, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations are made that 50 litres of Mahua liquor was made in the house, however, in the seizure list, the petitioner has not signed and the police personnel have signed in the seizure list. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, as disclosed in paragraph 11 of this application. 3. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that 50 litres of Mahua liquor have been recovered. 4. Considering that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and on the seizure list, only police witnesses have signed and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag in connection with Daru P.S.
