ORDER:- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned . I Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. \ The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners and the 2^'* respondent are involved in a dispute pertaining to the management of Vikas Hospital. It is submitted that share transfer agreements were executed between petitioner Nos.1 and 2 and one Mr. Galla Rama Chandra Rao in
2. respect of a company called Swarnandhra Private Limited. It is further submitted that the commercial transactions between the petitioners and the 2'^'^ respondent have been given a criminal flavour, and a false complaint has been registered for the alleged offences under Sections 316(2) and 316(4) r/w Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. It is also submitted that the police have issued a notice under Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for the purpose of investigation.
3. Be that as it may, the Station House Officer, Nagarampalem Police Station, Guntur District, is directed to complete the investigation, duly taking into account the share transfer provisions and other commercial disputes between the petitioners and the 2'^*^ respondent, before finalizing the charge sheet/final report.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed off.
4 As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
