Learned Assistant Government Pleader on certain instructions submits that there are three crimes i.e., Cr.No.119 of 2024 under section 498A IPC and sections 3 and 4 of the DP Act and Cr.No.39 of 2025 under sections 74, 115(2) read with 3(5) BNS and Cr.No.132 of 2025 under sections 79,115(2) read with 3(5) BNS of Maddipadu Police Station which were filed by the respondent No.5 against the petitioner and that respondent No.5 is an accused in Cr.No.26 of 2025 under sections 115(2) and 118(1) of the BNS which was filed by the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner is only called to the police station for the purpose of enquiry. 3. Based on the above submissions, it is made clear that the respondent No.4 shall not disturb the peace of the petitioner except by following due process of law. 4.
