He would further submit that the petitioners have not challenged said order and at the same time, they have claimed compensation. 2. At this stage, Ms. Anguria, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would seek permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file duly constituted petition challenging therein the order of revocation of lease deed. 3.
