The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Daily Market P.S. Case No. 10 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 270, 290, 420, 467, 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4, 5 and 7 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that only allegation against the petitioner is of calling the girls in the hotel. He submits that the owner of the hotel in question has already been provided the privilege of anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 3697 of 2024 by the co-ordinate bench of this court. He further submits that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and disclosure to that effect has been made in para-5(xi) of the petition. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the allegation is there against the petitioner of preparing the forged document. 5. Considering that the allegation against the petitioner is of calling the girls in a hotel and in that view of the matter, the petitioner, [2025:JHHC:25856] -2- above named, is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today and the learned Court shall release the petitioner on the appropriate terms and conditions or on sureties as may deem fit and proper by the learned Court.
