The petitioner is only seeking to transfer the H.M.O.P to the Family Court, Krishnagiri where the respondent herself has filed a case and the same is pending. Therefore, no prejudice would be caused to the respondent, if H.M.O.P.No.170 of 2024 is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Krishnagiri. 5. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and H.M.O.P.No.170 of 2024 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Tirupattur is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Krishnagiri to be tried along with O.S.No.18 of 2024.
