1. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):-
“10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be quashed the advertisement dated 14.08.2017 (Annexure P/1) relates to distributorship of LPG at Champa Shehari Rurban Area and the letter of LOA dated 04.10.2018 (Annexure P/2) as well as the subsequent appointed the respondent no. 4 as a new distributor at Champa Shehari Rurban Area. 2 10.2 That, the respondent no. 1 to 3 may kindly be
directed not to transfer the consumers of the petitioner to the Champa Indane. 10.3 That, any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioner in the interest of justice along with cost of the petition.”
2. Mr. Awadh Tripathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the dispute involved in the present petition has already been settled between the parties. He seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.
