This Court, vide order dated 04.07.2024 passed in MCRC No. 2672 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Nandlal Rathour had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that in the present case, the statements of 03 prosecution witnesses have already recorded by the previous Presiding Officer and 10 witnesses are remained to be examined. Considering the numbers of witnesses, the trial is likely to take some more time for its conclusion. Hence, he prays for grant of some more time for concluding the trial. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of six months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
