Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. This petition has been filed for the following relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to take appropriate action against authorities submitting a false report dated 8.1.2025 within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to give peaceful possession of Gata no. 150 area 0.3850 Hectare situated in Mauja Ulda, Maheshganj Tehsil Soraon District Prayagraj to the petitioner and co-sharers as per compromised entered in between the parties." 4. On the basis of supplementary affidavit, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the matter has been compromised between the parties. 5. Since the matter has been compromised, no further orders are required to be passed in the matter. 6. Accordingly, the petition is consigned to record.
