Heard Sri Aditya Vardhan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Satyam Singh, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 3 to 5 and learned Standing Counsel for the State. Learned counsel for the respondent nos. 3 to 5 and learned Standing Counsel for the State submit that the matter requires factual determination as per applicable law by the competent authority in the first instance. In light of the submissions made at the Bar and without going into the merits of the case, the respondent authority is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner for correction in petitioner's service records within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order along with a fresh copy of the representation.
