This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to direct the court concerned to decide the Complaint Case No.15165 of 2022, under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act, Police Station Lohamandi, District Agra pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-5, Agra expeditiously within a stipulated period. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the said case is pending since 2022 and the evidence on the point of summoning has already been adduced by the applicant but the case has been pending since 22.2.2023 on the point of hearing on summoning the accused but several dates have been passed only for the said purpose. It is also submitted that the Court concerned is not taking any interest for disposal of the case. 4. Learned AGA opposed the prayer. 5. I have considered the submissions and perused the entire record. 6. In view of the above, the Court concerned is directed to pass suitable order in the matter in accordance with law within one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order before it, if there is no legal impediment. 7.
