This Court vide order dated 08.08.2022 granted stay of the order of remanding the matter to the Trial Court by the VI Additional District and Sessions Judge at Tumkur for a period of three weeks. Thereafter, the same was extended for a further period of three weeks on 08.09.2022. When the matter was listed on 18.02.2025, the learned counsel for the petitioner was absent, however, one more opportunity was given to the learned counsel for the petitioner having noticed that the matter was last listed on 08.09.2022 and it was made clear that if the learned counsel for the petitioner does not appear on the next date of hearing, the petition will be dismissed. 3. Inspite of the said order, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not present and also not pursuing the matter and stay is for a limited period and thereafter the - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:8805 CRL.RP No. 801 of 2022 same is also not extended.
