This I.A is filed for continuation of the interim order dated 06.08.2024 passed in Crl.Pet No. 31 of 2024. It is stated by the counsel that the matter was listed on 14.07.2025 and the prayer was made on the said day for adjournment of the same. However, while making the prayer, inadvertently the prayer for continuing the interim order was not prayed for and as such, the interim order was not continued on 14.07.2025. The applicant by this I.A has prayed for continuation of the same since it was inadvertently and out of mistake, the counsel did not mention the prayer to continue the interim order while praying for Page No.# 3/3 adjournment of the same. In the interest of justice, the interim order dated 06.08.2024 passed in Crl.Pet No. 31/2024 may be extended till the next returnable date. I.A is allowed and disposed of.
