Iralu, learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that the connected suit being Title Suit/01/2022 which was pending before the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Kohima, Nagaland has been withdrawn by the plaintiff/respondent herein and on such withdrawal, the said case has been disposed of by an order dated 15.01.2025 passed by the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Kohima, Nagaland. In view of the above, this civil revision has become infructuous. Accordingly, he wants to withdraw this civil revision on being infructuous. The prayer is allowed.
