ORDER:-
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondent Nos.3 and 4 are interfering in a civil dispute between the petitioners and respondent No.5.
2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that respondent Nos.3 and 4 are not interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioners and respondent No.5.
3. Considering the same, this Court is inclined to dispose off, the Writ Petition at the admission stage by directing respondent Nos.3 and 4 not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioners and respondent No.5 without following the due process of law.
4. With these observations, this Writ Petition is disposed off. No costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
