It is submitted by the learned Assistant Government Pleader that no representation has been received by the 3rd respondent from the petitioners. However, representations have been made to the Tahsildar and the District Collector. 3. Considering the same, it is open to the petitioners to submit a fresh representation to the 3rd respondent and the 3rd respondent on receipt of such representation shall ensure the compliance of the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.236 of 2018 on the file of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Vayalpadu, dated 08.04.2019, subject to any further orders from the appellate Courts. 4.
