2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No.06 of 2025, for offence registered under section 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 118(2), 61(2)/3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the allegations against the petitioners is that the petitioners happened to be brother of Arman and the allegations are made that the altercation took place with Arman and assault is also made by Arman and so far as these petitioners are concerned there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioners and petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph n0. 10 of the petition.
4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that petitioners are brother of said Arman.

Looking to the contents of the FIR it transpires that allegations of assault is there against said Arman and these petitioners are said to be brothers of said Arman and against the petitioners there are general and omnibus allegations and they have got no criminal antecedent, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioners.

Accordingly, petitioners above named, are hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of their surrender/arrest, petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma, in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No.06 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
