Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Nagar Untari P.S. Case No. 157/2024, registered under Section 96 of the BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Nagar Untari, Garhwa. The petitioner is alleged to have enticed the minor daughter of the informant with the intention to marry her. Statement of the victim recorded under section 183 of B.N.S.S. is available for perusal. It appears that the victim is aged about 17 years and had she had willfully accompanied the petitioner after she was scolded by her mother. There is no allegation that the victim was sexually assaulted. This appears to be a case of adolescent love affairs between the parties. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Nagar Untari, Garhwa in connection with Nagar Untari P.S.
