The petitioner has filed this petition with the following prayer: a. Restraining respondents from continuing the tender process, including issuance Letter of Award (LOA) of the said tender bearing NIT No.07/SAC/e- procurement/20245-25 dated 08.01.2025, pending the final disposal of the writ petition. b. Stay the effect and operation of Letter of Award (LOA) of the tender bearing NIT No.07/ SAC/e-procurement/2024-25 dated 08.01.2025 by also restraining the execution of work, in case the same has been issued to any bidder, pending the final disposal of the writ petition. c. Pass such other and further orders as may be deemed just and proper in the interest of justice. 3. At the out, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press this petition, with liberty to file afresh, if occasion so arises in future with respect to the academic question involved in the matter. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents/State has no objection on aforesaid prayer. 5. Accordingly, present writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for.
