1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record. 2. The application filed by the petitioner before the Registrar, Registrar of Firms, Societies & Non-Trading Corporation praying for removal of the annual reports filed by the private respondents which are alleged to be false in respect of the organization, namely, Andul Kali Kirtan Samity is pending consideration. 3. It appears that civil proceeding at one point of time was pending in between the parties. It has been submitted that the civil proceeding has come to an end presently. 4. Prayer has been made to direct the Registrar to consider the application. Page 2
5. Learned advocate representing the private respondents denies the submission of the petitioner. It has been submitted that the private respondents in the writ petition are elected members of the Samity. 6. Learned advocate representing the State is not ready with any instruction. 7. As it appears that the representation made by the petitioner is pending consideration at the end of the Registrar, accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Registrar, Registrar of Firms, Societies & Non-Trading Corporation being the respondent no. 2 herein to consider and dispose of the prayer of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order. 8. A reasonable opportunity of hearing shall be given to all the necessary parties and a reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter. 9. Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the application seeking consideration along with all supporting documents to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of this Court. 10. All the parties will be permitted to rely upon all documents in support of their respective claim at the time of consideration of the representation. Page 3

It is made clear that this Court has not entered into the respective claim of the parties and all points are left open to be deiced by the aforesaid respondent at the time of consideration of the representation. 12.
