Singh, Advocate For the State : Mrs. Amrita Kumari, A.P.P. 02/ 22.08.2025: Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State. 2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with C.C. Case No. 1182 of 2021, registered under sections 33 (1)(a), 33 (1) (c) and 42 of Indian Forest Act, 1927 and Section 3(A) of the Forest Conservation Act, 1980, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that dispute is with regard to land and it has been alleged that in the forest area bricks and sand have been unloaded on 0.61 decimals of forest land. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioners may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations of making foundation is there. 5. Considering that dispute is with regard to land and allegation is made of making plinth on 0.61 decimals of forest land, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the above named, petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of their surrender / arrest, the petitioners shall be ( 2025:JHHC:24829 ) released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad, in connection with C.C.
