Mr. V. Zhimomi is present for the State respondents. At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent No.2 has submitted that he does not wish to pursue the complaint case any more and has no objection if the Complaint Case No.11/2022 is quashed. In view of the fact that the respondent No.2 does not wish to contest the matter, the petition is allowed and the C.R Case No.11/2022 under section 499/380/356/503/319 of the IPC in connection with the corresponding G./R. No.348/22 arising out of Dimapur Women P.S. Case 005/22 pending before the Court of Judicial Magistrate (1st Class) is quashed and set aside. The criminal petition stands disposed of.
