Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner:; submits that the petitioner herein is the absolute owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.0.65 cents in Sy.No.80 situated at Beeravolu, Rudravaram, Nandyal District, having acquired the same by way of succession. While so, the petitioner herein submitted an application dated 09.06.2025 to respondent Nos. 4 and 5 requesting to conduct survey and demarcate the land admeasuring Ac.0.65 cents in Sy.No.80 belonging to the petitioner. Even after receipt of the said 3. - H representation,the respondentsneither consideredthe same nor passed any other orders. Hence, the writ petition. On the other hand, learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits 4. that in order to conduct survey and to demarcate the petitioner’s land, the petitioner herein has to make an appropriate F-line application to respondent authorities through Mee-seva by paying requisite fee. Due to the lack of proper application, the petitioner’s land cannot be surveyed basing on the representation/ application submitted by the petitioner. He further submits that let there be a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh F-line application seeking to conduct survey and to demarcate the subject land through Mee- seva/ AP Online/ Village Secretariats by paying requisite fee. On receipt of such application, the respondents will consider the same, within a reasonable time. 5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents and on perusal of the material placed on record, this Court is of the considered view that the present writ petition can be disposed of, directing the petitioner to make an appropriate F-line application seeking to conduct survey and to demarcate the subject land of the petitioner through MeeSeva/ AP Online/ Village Secretariat and on payment of requisite fee along with all the required docunnents, within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such application, the respondents are hereby directed to conduct survey and demarcate the subject land of the petitioner’s. after serving notices to all the parties concerned in compliance of the Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, within a period of three (03) months, thereafter. 6. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
