This execution petition has been filed for execution of order dated 20.4.2024, passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, whereby, the respondents were directed to consider the respective cases of the petitioners in light of judgment dated 28.5.2014, rendered in CWP No. 1102 of 2011, titled as, Sanjay & others vs. State of H.P. & others along with connected matters. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? -2- 3. Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record a copy of order dated 2.9.2025, passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in SLP (C) Nos. 27726-27729 of 2024, titled as, State of H.P. & others vs. Sanjay Kumar, wherein by way of interim arrangement, a direction has been issued that contempt proceedings passed on the order impugned shall not be proceeded further. 4. The order impugned in the aforesaid SLPs is the one on the basis of which, the order under execution has been passed. 5. Confronted with this, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the execution petition at this stage with liberty to file afresh at appropriate stage. 6. Prayer being innocuous is allowed. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. (Satyen Vaidya) 23rd September, 2025.
