The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 27.5.2024 passed by this Court in Writ - C No. 18131 of 2024 whereby the parties were directed to maintain status-quo on the plot. The issues raised in the present contempt application are issues of fact which cannot be decided on the basis of affidavit. In view of the aforesaid, I do not consider it a case for registering proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The application is dismissed.
