Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed, as such this petition has become infructuous. That the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ, quashing the impugned order dated 26.05.2022 (Annexure P/1) refusing to grant family pension to the petitioner on the ground that the marriage between the petitioner and the deceased government employee was not valid and issue consequential direction to the respondents herein to sanction Family Pension to the petitioner with effect from the death of her husband. II. Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court deems, fit in the facts and circumstances, may also be granted in favour of the petitioner.” 3.
